Tony Delk, a 10-year NBA veteran, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the basketball world. As an NBA scout and the founder and president of the Tony Delk Basketball Academy (TDBA), he is passionate about player development and teaching the game’s fundamentals.
Through TDBA, Tony focuses on cultivating talent from the grassroots level, equipping players with advanced skills to excel in high school, college, and beyond. His dedication to basketball extends beyond the court, helping individuals stay connected to the game through playing, coaching, training, commentating, and scouting.
Tony’s lifelong passion for basketball and commitment to developing the next generation of players continue to make a lasting impact on the sport.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, I am committed to ensuring the
financial health and transparency of Tony Delk Basketball Academy. As a dedicated
professional, I bring experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance to help support
the organization’s mission and growth.
As a passionate advocate for community engagement, I am honored to serve in this role,
ensuring that resources are managed effectively to maximize our impact. Outside of my
professional work, I am a proud basketball, Mom. My son’s passion for the game has deepened
my appreciation for the sport and the positive impact it has on young athletes. I am excited to
